Senior PharmAssist Formulary

Prescribers, community pharmacists and others may download a copy of Senior PharmAssist’s formulary – a list of medications for which we help pay. You may also call our main number (919-688-4772) to obtain a copy. Our formulary is updated every six months, and we provide revisions to physicians’ offices and pharmacies on a bi-annual basis.
