Ways to Volunteer

There are a number of ways you can help strengthen Senior PharmAssist beyond making a financial contribution. You can:

  • Become an ambassador for our program by telling your neighbors, co-workers, friends and family in Durham County about our services.
  • Arrange for Senior PharmAssist to make a presentation to your congregation, civic group and/or business.
  • Volunteer to represent our program at health fairs and other community events where Durham residents learn about our services.
  • If you have special interests or expertise, you can volunteer to serve on one of our committees. These include Development, Formulary and Outreach.
  • And you can help raise funds for our program by volunteering with our annual Phonathon, fall Business Campaign or our Leadership Gifts Campaign (individual fundraising).
